Președintele Camerei de Comerț și Industrie a României, Mihai Daraban, și-a dublat indemnizația lunară, la aproape 18.200 de euro, imediat după ce a fost reales în funcție, pentru al treilea mandat. Mihai Daraban și-a recompensat și colegii care l-au votat, însă cu indemnizații mult mai mici decât a lui, de 6.000 sau 8.000 de lei net pe ședință.
Astfel, Mihai Daraban poate concura lejer la titlul de cel mai bine plătit român, cu o indemnizație în valoare de 90.000 de lei net, adică peste 150.000 de lei brut. De banii aceștia, Mihai Daraban trebuie să administreze patrimoniul Camerei de Comerț și Industrie a României (CCIR) – o organizație profesională care are ca principală sursă de venit taxele încasate de la firmele pe care le reprezintă – , dar și să aplice taxe firmelor din România care fac export, pentru celebrele Certificate de origine.
Mihai Daraban a fost reales, în 22 noiembrie, în funcția de președinte al CCIR, pentru un mandat de 5 ani. În aceeași ședință s-au propus și votat măriri de indemnizații pentru cei din conducerea CCIR, cu sume care încep de la câteva mii de lei și ajung la peste 150.000 de lei brut.
Pentru cei peste 20 de membri ai Colegiului de Conducere, care sunt președinți de Camere de Comerț și Industrie județene, s-a propus o indemnizație de 6.000 de lei net pe ședință, adică peste 10.000 de lei brut.
Nici președinții comitetelor CCIR nu au fost uitați, Mihai Daraban dorind să-i recompenseze pe aceștia cu 8.000 de lei net pe ședință, adică un brut de aproape 3.000 de euro.
Printre membrii Colegiului de Conducere se numără și Ioan Micula, președinte Camerei de Comerț și Industrie Bihor, unul dintre celebrii frați Micula care au încercat să obțină de la statul român foloase în valoare de 9 miliarde de lei.
Cel mai puțin câștigă membrii Comisiilor de Cenzori: ”3.000 de lei net pentru fiecare din membrii Comisiei de Cenzori” a propus Mihai Daraban în ședința CCIR.
Potrivit transcriptului ședinței în care a fost reales președinte al CCIR, apoi și-a dublat imediat și indemnizația, Mihai Daraban face pe cinstitul și le spune celor care erau prezenți la ședință că el nu poate să își propună singur indemnizația. ”Sarcina” este preluată de cineva din sală, care însă spune doar că propune dublarea indemnizației, pentru ”rezultatele” economice pe care le-a avut CCIR sub mandatul lui Mihai Daraban, fără a menționa suma exactă.
Propunerea de mărire a indemnizației lui Mihai Daraban nu a fost votată în unanimitate, trei dintre membri fiind împotrivă.
La începutul acestui an, CCIR, condusă de Mihai Daraban, a încercat să introducă o taxă obligatorie, a cărei valoare varia între 10 și 100 de euro, în funcție de mărimea firmei, și era aplicabilă tuturor societăților românești, pentru a fi înscrise într-un catalog al firmelor.
Banii urmau să ajungă la Camera de Comerț și Industrie a României, care susținea că vrea să îi folosească pentru promovarea antreprenoriatului românesc, într-o broșură numită ”Catalogul firmelor”, care le-ar aduce mai multă ”vizibilitate”.
Proiectul a fost inițiat de mai mulți parlamentari din arcul guvernamental și prevedea ca în Catalogul firmelor care urma să fie înființat de CCIR să se înscrie toţi operatorii economici. Ministrul Antreprenoriatului și Turismului, Daniel Cadariu, s-a opus public introducerii controversatei taxe, spunând că este nevoie de o „amplă analiză”.
